To me self-discipline is a force, a must-have pearls. Without enforce it firmly and loudly, where possible we can achieve success! This principle applies to all levels of both individuals and groups.
Someone wants to be successful must be disciplined. Organization or company that wants to be successful people must be disciplined. So even the people who want to succeed and officers should also be disciplined.
If the self-discipline can not we enforce a strict and stern, where possible we can achieve success. Because it is non-negotiable discipline for those who want to succeed. But the discipline does not come just like that, it takes familiarized and practiced constantly. Not infrequently, too, need to be enforced.
